A Journey Through Time: The Train in Memory
Panda Train · Chengdu takes “Rhythm of Mountains and Rivers” as its theme, blending Sichuan’s landscapes and history into a moving cultural landscape and warm journey. The green train was a shared memory—slow travel. IDING DESIGN was invited to design its livery and identity. From Xiling Snow Mountain to Mount Siguniang, Mount Gongga and Xiannairi, simple artistic lines outline mountain undulations across the train body like musical notes, echoing Chengdu’s “International Music City” and depicting a flowing scroll of Sichuan’s mountains and rivers.
