Immersion: Enter real usage scenes, dissect the structural logic and experience gaps of existing solutions, and produce concrete design constraints and opportunities.

Define the problem: Work with the client to state the core tension clearly; it becomes the judgment standard for the whole project.

Explore: Structural paths and design language advance together, with form, material and color cross-checked against each other.

Lock the direction: Structure and visuals are confirmed together before the direction is frozen.

Precise realization: Key parts are modeled first to verify dimensions and assembly logic, then the full 3D model and renderings follow.

Complete delivery: Files are consolidated and archived with an index, so the client can move on to factory handover independently.

Design constraints and problem definition, concept proposals and renderings, 3D models, mechanical design files, CMF and material/process specifications, prototypes, and archived files for the production follow-through stage. Exact scope is agreed per project.

A typical industrial design project takes 1 to 2 months, depending on product complexity and the stages involved (form, mechanical design, prototyping, production follow-through, etc.). We will give a schedule once we understand the product.

Yes. Beyond industrial design, we provide mechanical design, prototyping and production follow-through, so the design can actually be manufactured.
How is medical device design priced?
We charge per project. After understanding your product and the scope of work (form, mechanical design, production follow-through, etc.), we give an overall project quote.
Medical product information is sensitive. Do you sign a non-disclosure agreement before we work together?
Yes. We sign an NDA with the client before the project starts to protect product information.
